About Adam Steadman

Short Bio

Adam Steadman is the founder and director of The Tech Factory, a UK Peplink Platinum Partner. A Peplink Certified Engineer Trainer, he has spent fifteen years deploying SpeedFusion SD-WAN across six continents for broadcast, maritime, live events, defence and enterprise customers.

Full Bio

Adam Steadman founded Quimera Technology in 2008 to offer honest, engineering-led IT consultancy, and built it into The Tech Factory, a UK Peplink specialist.

Over fifteen years he has designed and deployed Peplink connectivity on six continents: bonded cellular for live broadcast, ruggedised networks for defence exercises, SpeedFusion architectures for maritime operators, multi-site SD-WAN for enterprise, and rapid-deployment kits for festivals and sporting fixtures.

He is a Peplink Certified Engineer Trainer, a distinction held by a small number of people globally, qualified to train other engineers across the full Peplink portfolio.

He recently completed eighteen months as a global director at Peplink's largest global distributor, building its Peplink business across the US, UK and Europe, before returning full time to The Tech Factory.
