Four Ways We Help

Clarity, confidence and control over your technology. No jargon. Delivered wherever your teams are.

IT Consultancy

Vendor-agnostic advice that starts with your actual business problem, not a product catalogue.

From cybersecurity posture reviews to cloud migration planning, clear recommendations you can act on.

Virtual IT Director

Your board needs someone who speaks both the language of the business and the language of the infrastructure. That's what a fractional IT director provides.

Strategy, vendor management and accountability, without the permanent headcount.

Managed Support

Named engineers who already know your cloud tenant, your backup schedule, your quirks. Not a script-reading helpdesk.

We monitor and maintain so problems get caught before your users notice.

What This Looks Like in Practice

Three examples of the kind of work we do every day.

Broadcast-Grade Connectivity

A multi-day outdoor event with no fixed infrastructure needed guaranteed uptime for ticketing, payments and production comms. We deployed bonded 4G/5G using bonded cellular routers, backed by satellite as a tertiary path.

Zero downtime across the entire event. Every transaction, every comms channel, running over our network.

Multi-Site SD-WAN

An organisation with offices across multiple countries needed to replace an ageing MPLS setup that was expensive and brittle. We designed a managed SD-WAN overlay with bonded cellular at each site.

Sub-second failover replaced what had been minutes of downtime. One management plane across all locations instead of a different provider in every country.

Telecoms Audit

A growing business had accumulated contracts across multiple suppliers, most on auto-renewal. Nobody could say with confidence what they were paying for or whether it still made sense.

We mapped every contract, identified overlap and redundancy, and restructured the lot. Fewer suppliers, clearer terms, right-sized for what they actually needed.

Simple, Transparent Process

No complicated procurement. No endless scoping. Here's how most engagements start.

1

Initial conversation

A call or meeting to understand what you're dealing with. No charge, no obligation.

2

Scope and proposal

A clear, written proposal that explains what we'll do, how long it'll take and what it'll cost. Plain English.

3

Delivery

We get to work. Regular updates, no surprises. You'll always know where things stand.

4

Ongoing relationship

Most clients stay for the long term. We're here when you need us, not just for the initial project.

Vendor-Agnostic, Not Vendor-Ignorant

We recommend what fits. Here's the technology we know inside out.

Cloud Platforms Email and Collaboration SD-WAN Bonded Cellular Firewalls and Security Networking and Switching Virtualisation Backup and Disaster Recovery VoIP and Unified Comms Satellite Connectivity IoT and M2M Data Private APN Infrastructure Monitoring Cybersecurity

We work with the best tools for each job. No single-vendor allegiance.

Experience That Spans Industries

Fifteen years of hands-on work across eighteen sectors. That breadth means we've probably seen your problem before.
